      正确使用3M胶带的方法【注意事项】

      1.粘结强度取决于粘合剂对表面的接触量。企业应用时的压力有助于开发更好的粘接效果,提高粘结强度。 
      2.欲达最佳粘结效果,粘结表面必须清洁与干燥,胶带粘合粘结表面时,请以滚筒平均施压2.0kg/cm2以上的压力,压合时间3-5秒,使其有效粘合后,放置时间24h以上,方可达到最佳粘结效果。
      3.理想的胶带应用温度范围为70°F至100°F(21°C至38°C)。初始 胶带施加到表面上,在温度低于50°F(10℃),不推荐。因为粘合剂变得过于牢固。然而,一旦正确应用,低温保持基本令人满意。
      4.最佳储存条件及使用环境:温度15-28℃,湿度为40%-70%。
